The vision of the Ethan A. Chase Middle School comprehensive school counseling program is to create life-long learners who are college and career ready to meet the challenges and expectations of the 21st century. Our students demonstrate strong character traits and are responsible, respectful, resilient and compassionate members of their community.

The mission of the Ethan Chase Middle School counseling department is to ensure equitable access to a rigorous education for all students, ensuring all students acquire competencies needed in academics, college and career, and social/emotional development to reach their greatest potential. Our program is a collaborative effort between school counselor, parents and other educators to create an environment that promotes student achievement.

Romoland School District Counseling Vision Statement

The students at Romoland School District Counseling program will have attained the problem solving and critical thinking skills to be life-long learners and leaders who demonstrate empathy, and resiliency. These students will grow to be self-directed and well prepared to collaborate, engage, and implement self-advocacy and leadership skills in the 21st century.
